Providing maintenance and major enhancements
for e-commerce enabled site that allows registered retailers
to reorder stock and promotional items relating to the
HotDiamonds Brand name. Web development work includes integration with real time ERP package for order fulfillment and inventory management. The Hot Diamonds brand is based in London, England, with U.S. offices in Belfast, Maine.

Chili's Gift Cards

Recently reskinned, the Chilis gift card web site provides gift card ordering and fulfillment for the Texas-based restaurant chain. The site features a full administration and reporting backend, automated data transfer to and from fulfillment company, promotions, and USPS address verification tools. Oak Leaf also maintains the gift card web sites for the On the Border, Macaroni Grill, and Maggiano's Little Italy chains.

Lifelink Foundation

In partnership with Lifelink staff, Oak Leaf worked to develop a new site design for the Tampa, Florida organ donation organization, including Spanish language version of the site. Added new database functionality for events, employment opportunities, and press releases. Project work also included content management and search engine placement services. Oak Leaf also provides development services for Lifelink billing applications for dialysis, hepatology, surgery, and referrals.

Developed new web site for the area's
regional economic development organization. Work included
development of completely new look to be more consistent
with other marketing materials, development of content,
including copy and maps, and implementation of new site
search engine to allow visitors to search for information
by keyword(s).

The official site for Aroostook County
Tourism. Features a wide range of dynamic technology
and self maintaining databases to assist staff with
maintenance of business, event, and attractions databases.
The site features seasonally sensitive graphics that
automatically adjust according to the season and display
random page heading images consisting of a pool of local
photographs to convey what there is to see and do in
northern Maine. Site also features electronic postcards
that can be sent via e-mail, itinerary planning utility,
streaming videos, and automatic e-mail notices to designated
business and event contacts to remind them to update
their listings periodically.

NMDC's client tracking extranet is a private web site used to
track client information. The site features multiple levels of security,
extensive reporting, and site administrative functions.

University of Maine Financial Aid WebDSIS Application

This web site was developed for the seven campus University of
Maine system to provide financial aid award details and information
to students. The complete web site also includes the ability for
students to accept award for upcoming academic years online for
campuses that choose that level of functionality. Graphics and "look
and feel" of the site were developed to allow each campus to
use their own colors, graphics, etc. Site includes private administrative
section for each campus to maintain information particular to their
financial aid department.
The success of the first release of the Financial Aid WebDSIS
project resulted in a desire to implement Perkins Loan document
acceptance. This project encompassed the development of online forms
and tracking mechanisms, including audit features required for state
and federal compliance, for student acceptance and completion of
Perkins Loan documents for all 7 campuses of the University of Maine
System and paperwork processing by campus loan officers.

Loring Development Authority Web Site

The award winning LDA web site has recently been revamped to expand
on the existing information, with the goal of implementing an even
higher quality site to attract new businesses. The overall focus
of the site continues to be marketing of the Loring Commerce Centre
to potential tenants and clients. Oak Leaf Systems has developed
and continues to maintain the web site, providing services to modify
and update the site content as needed. The new site includes such
technology as streaming video and an interactive map of the former
Air Force base, with information about the facilities available.

University of Maine Cooperative Extension Integrated Pest
Management Web Site

The IPM web site was developed to provide regularly updated insect
and disease pest information to potato growers throughout the state
during the 1998-growing season. Scouting reports from growers' fields
were summarized and presented by each growing region of the state.
The site was extremely successful at delivering time sensitive data
to potato growers allowing them to access updated scouting reports
each week to help make critical production decisions.

Provided complete creative design and development services for local real estate agency. Site design includes extensive use of cascading style sheets (CSS) for design control, custom rotating banner images component, and integration of mapping component with Microsoft Virtual Earth. Site features full site admin for content control and management by agents.
