Migrated existing Windows NT based network to Windows 2000 server. Project included moving all data and applications, reconfiguring network printers, as well as configuration of new Exchange 2000 server and migration of Exchange data. We continue to work closely with this client to actively manage their network, respond to user support requests, and consult with them about future plans. Ongoing network management services include server monitoring and maintenance, virus protection management and monitoring, tape backup monitoring, installation of new computer hardware and software as acquired, and ongoing work with internal departments to provide necessary computer support to support business objectives.
